Meet the team
We’re Dani Liana and Matt Novak, the duo behind Legacy Murals. Together, we blend bold creativity and hands-on craftsmanship to transform walls into vibrant works of art.
Dani has been painting for over 22 years — starting with school play backdrops and local coffee shops as a teenager, to now creating full-time murals, oil paintings, and even live art. When she’s not painting, she’s chasing after (and being inspired by) her three boys.
Matt brings 20+ years of carpentry know-how, making sure every project is built to last. His talent for structure and design adds depth and dimension to our murals.
We call Red Wing, MN home, where life with our five boys is always an adventure. When we’re not painting, you’ll find us hunting for agates, fishing, cheering on the Timberwolves, or packing up for a family road trip.
